Benchmarking Analysis
Our goal was to transform ADREC from a collection of government services into a unified digital platform that people could trust and use with confidence. To achieve this, we studied leading real estate websites, government portals, and data-heavy platforms to understand how they organize complex information while keeping the experience simple.
Global Benchmarks
Reviewed leading real estate and government websites to identify best practices.
Information Structure
Compared navigation, page layouts, and content organization to simplify access to information.
Data Experience
Studied dashboards and reporting tools to improve the presentation of complex real estate data.
Experience Strategy
Before designing the interface, we aligned stakeholders on the overall user experience. This included defining the primary user groups, simplifying key journeys, prioritizing content, and establishing a consistent navigation model across the platform. These decisions provided a clear foundation for the design phase.
wireframes & Layout Strategy
Wireframes helped us validate the structure of the website before moving into visual design. This allowed us to focus on navigation, page layouts, and content hierarchy early, making it easier to refine user journeys before applying the final interface.
Designing Clear User Journeys
User-Centered Journey Mapping
We mapped the main user journeys to ensure key tasks could be completed with fewer steps and clearer navigation.
Simplifying Complex Information
We organized information based on user priorities, making important actions and data easier to find while reducing unnecessary complexity.
Improving Navigation & Findability
We refined the navigation structure for search, market data, and core services to make movement across the platform more intuitive.
Validating Before Execution
Reviewing wireframes with stakeholders helped us identify usability issues early, reducing changes later during visual design and development.
Visual Strategy & Design Inspiration
We gathered inspiration from leading government platforms, modern digital products, and ADREC's existing brand. The objective was to create an interface that felt professional, trustworthy, and easy to use while remaining consistent with the organization's identity.
The Seamless Interface
The final interface combines a clean visual language with a structured information hierarchy, making complex real estate services easier to explore while maintaining a consistent government identity.
The Experience
We designed a clean, consistent interface that reinforces trust while making information easier to scan and navigate.
The "Calm" Color Palette
We used ADREC's brand colors with soft neutral backgrounds to improve readability and create a comfortable browsing experience, especially across data-heavy pages.
Data Discovery
Interactive filters, search, and data visualizations help users explore market information more efficiently while keeping important insights easy to find.
